The bare wires could  be solid or stranded. The diameter and length could be customized.

Besides, these bare wires are available in a multitude of insulating jackets as well as protective metal overbraids if you need. Insulation could be PVC, XLPE, Teflon, Silicone rubber, etc

In addition, the negative and positive could be offered in a pair or separated.

 

 

Type K(NiCr-NiSi) thermocouple finds ther widest use in all base metal thermocouple above 500oC.  Positive leg NiCr(KP) : Ni: about 90%  Cr: about 10%

Negative leg NiSi(KN): Ni: about 97%  Si: about 3%

Type E thermocouple (NiCr-CuNi) is also named NiCr-Constantan thermocouple.

Positive leg NiCr(KP) : Ni: about 90%  Cr: about 10%

Negative leg CuNi(KN): Ni: about 45%  Cu: about 55%

 

Type J thermocouple ( Fe-CuNi) is also named Fe-Constantan thermocouple.

Positive leg NiCr(KP) : Fe: pure iron 

Negative leg CuNi(KN): Ni: about 45%  Cu: about 55%

Type T thermocouple (Cu-CuNi) is also named Cu-Constantan thermocouple.

Positive leg NiCr(KP) : Cu: pure copper  

Negative leg CuNi(KN): Ni: about 45%  Cu: about 55%

Although EN,TN,JN are all called Constantan, EN and TN don't give the same EMF output curve as JN. EN and TN could be interchanged but could not be interchanged with JN.
